Tarang has a very strong in-house Training Cell that is focused towards designing and developing customized training programs, taking into account each individual's training needs. Software designers can grow with experience to become part of Tarang Consulting.

We value the development of each member of our team and impart training that focuses on their technical skills as well as interpersonal skills. The primary objective is to enhance their skills in a "multi dimensional" mode by providing formal, informal and on the job learning.

Our framework of learning is built around a number of focused classroom based and online training programs for our employees. These range from regular technology training programs conducted by the training cell to various management and personality improvement programs.
