Fundamental to our success and growth are the core values we believe in and practice. Tarang's Core Values have been nurtured and built over the last eight years. These Core Values have been fostered by the Promoters and Employees both in the past and present. These Values have been very important for us both as professionals and as individuals. These are respected and practiced by all of us.

P.R.I.D.E is an acronym where each letter in the word signifies a unique value that employees have inculcated over the last eight years. This is what keeps us going every day and is the secret of our energy. Some of these we have been practicing for years and some are being institutionalized recently.
