Staff Augmentation Services

Tarang also provides Staff Augmentation Services. Where clients want to leverage of Tarang’s highly skilled staff, they opt for Staff Augmentation.

In this case, the Project Management is the client’s responsibility.

Tarang will provide the staff either Onsite or Offshore at the client location. The skills of the Developer / Tester can be in Java, J2EE, .NET, Mobile and Wireless, C/C++, Embedded firmware and so on.

In this case also, a multi year Agreement is drawn up with the customer for providing such skills.

Milestone Management Framework:

Tarang has developed a,' Milestone Management', framework to address the challenges and manage risks in the application development lifecycle. This framework mitigates typical risks associated with such a venture by managing crucial areas like Product development, project management, SLA's, communication, IP protection, support, help desk, Disaster management etc.
