Tarang develops training module for Fidelity International (India)
Tarang Software Technologies has partnered with Fidelity International (India) to develop a financial planning and investment module to be used by Fidelity's employees as well as by users via the Fidelity India website. The intention of the exercise is to aid and educate both Fidelity's employees as well as current and potential Fidelity International customers, and help them gain a more thorough understanding of the financial opportunities that Fidelity can offer them.
The interactive learning tool uses a guided instruction and experiential learning model, and is conducted using an informal and conversational direct instruction style. The module aims to aid in the progressive acquisition of component skills or concepts through sequenced routines of organized activity, with a feedback component at the end in the form of an interactive game. One of the aims of the module is to maximize the learning experience by mimicking real-world contexts on the eLearning platform, and allowing users to explore and solve any challenges encountered and understand how Fidelity International (India) may be able to meet and add value to their financial planning and investment requirements.
